Diamond grinding discs for edge processing

The diamond grinding wheels for edge grinding are used to load a single or multiple support on automatic edge or side grinding machines.

Edge grinding with sintered diamond linings results in a reduction in grinding costs and a significant reduction in grinding sludge accumulation.

They can be fitted as single, triple or quadruple supports, depending on machine settings. Even resurfacing of used grinding wheels is possible in many cases with an intact base body.

In single support, the diamond grinding wheel serves as a preliminary stage to our proven GLANZJET type Q. We recommend the use of Ø125mm for plate thicknesses up to 50mm and the use of Ø150mm for plate thicknesses over 50mm up to 100mm.

For multiple support, we recommend the use of Ø100mm, Ø125mm or Ø150mm depending on the plate thickness.
